Weather is a whirlwind of music brought to you by the sounds of the changing and unexpected world of today. The music represents the lyrical aspects of Bob Dylan, with a voice compared to the raspy Janis Joplin and to the powerful Grace Slick (Jefferson Airplane), along with the tortured souls of Fiona Apple and Linda Perry (4 Non Blondes).
However, a different element emerges with the lower bass tones of the guitar, the use of the theremin, and of the harmonica. With a simplistic collaboration of the bass drum, the music creates an atmosphere filled with love, struggle, and humanity. It is as if the music were growing from a concrete parking lot with the intent of turning into a forest.
With Weather's thundering presence she delivers an unpredictable performance for all. She is currently playing at local Los Angeles venues and benefits.
In June 2010, Weather had a one week tour in New York City. She performed at places such as: The Bitter End, The Friars Club, Arlene's Grocery, and the 2010 National Puerto Rican Day Parade.
Weather debuted her first album "Animal" in October 2010, which she recorded in Santa Cruz, California by Michael Konopka. She donated a percentage of her album sales at her record release to Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation to give help underprivileged children an opportunity to play an instrument.
